Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client's team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career pages
Source candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices
Qualifications:
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Proven experience filling a mix of engineering roles including Mechanical, Electrical, and Software
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
