He played a key role in scaling GlobalData from a five-person startup into a global market intelligence firm with 4,000 employees and $200M in revenue. Ben built and led U.S. sales operations, growing the business to $15M in ARR, and later expanded business units to $25M+ while navigating post-acquisition integration and organizational transformation.

Ben has been deeply involved in acquisitions, including strategic evaluation, due diligence, and integration, and contributed to the successful 2024 transaction involving GlobalData’s Healthcare division.

His expertise spans sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition and retention, and building high-performing teams. Known for his execution-focused approach, Ben combines strategic insight with operational discipline to help organizations scale and perform.
