In her last full-time role, Sharleen was the VP, Head of HR for a rapid growth life sciences company. She has consulted throughout her career and specializes in designing, launching, and scaling all facets of the HR function as well as leading culture and values initiatives to create productive, thriving workplaces.
A strong proponent of compassionate leadership and wellness-based employee experiences, Sharleen believes in the importance of coaching and training leaders and investing in teams. She has spent recent years in the life sciences and biotech industries and has previous tenure in technology and high-tech manufacturing.
Sharleen lives North of Boston with her family and her dogs and can most often be found with them on family outings including at cultural events, dining out, cooking, walking, camping, or traveling. Independently Sharleen enjoys meditating, reading, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
