Jenn Monkiewicz is a Principal HR Consultant within King & Bishop’s People Vantage HR division, where she partners with leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to their people practices. She works closely with organizations navigating growth, transformation, and change, helping to align talent strategy with business objectives and build scalable, high-impact HR foundations.
Jenn brings over 20 years of experience in global HR leadership across high-growth SaaS, digital marketing, and technology organizations.
Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Bigtincan, where she led global people strategy through rapid expansion, organizational change, and post-acquisition integration. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled people functions, strengthened leadership teams, and driven initiatives that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Her experience includes leading global expansion efforts, organizational design, and building recruiting infrastructures to support significant scale, including growing a company from approximately 120 to 900 employees while enhancing overall effectiveness and impact.
Jenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of her professional work, Jenn enjoys cooking, traveling, and golfing. She lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts with her husband and five children.
