Description

King & Bishop is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Support & Wellness Specialist. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting individuals with questions about products, orders, and general wellness guidance. The ideal candidate combines strong customer support skills with an interest in health, nutrition, and lifestyle improvement.

This position plays an important role in helping customers achieve their health and wellness goals by providing product guidance, resolving service issues, and connecting individuals with additional resources when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels

  • Provide guidance related to healthy lifestyle practices including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and general wellness

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and account updates

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions within the CRM system

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions

  • Escalate complex issues to senior health coaches or appropriate resources when needed

  • Collaborate with wellness team members to support customers in maintaining healthier lifestyle habits

  • Recommend complementary products or services when appropriate

  • Communicate company policies and procedures clearly to customers

  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer trends, product feedback, or service improvements

  • Prepare reports related to customer inquiries, feedback, and service trends

  • Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • At least 2 years supporting individuals with health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle goals preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or challenging situations

  • Experience with CRM systems or customer service software

  • Familiarity with wellness tools, telehealth platforms, or health tracking technology is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
