Dr. Thomai Roi is the Director, Executive Search and Business Development, helping clients identify and secure the leadership talent that drives their businesses forward. She brings a strategic operator’s perspective from building and running her own company.
With a background spanning clinical pharmacy, corporate healthcare, startups, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Roi has worked across highly regulated industries and fast-moving small businesses alike. Most recently, she served as COO of a coaching and education business. Alongside the CEO, she built the company from the ground up to seven-figures in annual revenue across three consecutive years, overseeing operations, strategy, and growth. Prior to that, she spent roughly a decade working with several startups and running her own management consulting practice, where she focused on business strategy and operations across a range of industries.
When she’s not working, Dr. Roi enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and hiking. She lives in Rhode Island with her husband, stepdaughter, and sons.
