In her extensive career, Jane has led both domestic and global HR Business Partner and Talent Management teams across a range of markets, with both private and public organizations ranging from 70 to 3,000 employees. She was an HR business partner and executive advisor to multiple Operating Company Presidents while at Johnson & Johnson as well as Senior Leaders in several additional organizations and industries.
She has directed and managed best-in-class organizational development and human resources initiatives with broad experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma, Consumer Goods, and Financial Services. Jane successfully led businesses through wide sweeping organizational change, demonstrating strong business acumen and intuitive management skills. She provides a strategic, yet practical hands-on approach in HR consulting from strategy development to execution of annual HR deliverables and workforce initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
