Senior Director, FP&A

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of FP&A to join a growing organization and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy beyond traditional financial reporting. The successful candidate will partner across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Executive Leadership to strengthen enterprise planning, improve business performance, and help build a modern, commercially focused finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CFO, executive leadership, and key business functions.
• Lead and support enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• Support and enhance Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to support informed decision-making.
• Strengthen financial processes, reporting, and cross-functional planning capabilities.
• Help shape the continued evolution of a commercially focused, forward-looking finance organization.

Required Qualifications

• Progressive finance leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility, scope, and organizational influence.
• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or another branded product environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and/or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to broader organizational strategy.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
