Overview of position:
- Manages payroll and benefits
- Handles salary administration and pay programs
- Manages and processes multiple payrolls
- Utilizes and maintains HRIS system, including HR reporting
- Manages benefit programs and LOA
- Three to five years of payroll benefits and HRIS administration experience
- Creates and shares annual compensation and benefits statements
- Works with external partners to process unemployment claims/COBRA
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and ADP Workforce Now (payroll and reporting)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PHR, CCP or CBP certification preferred
