We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources for a growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted business partner, developing people strategies that support business growth, enhance the employee experience, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and manager coaching.
- Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Develop learning, training, and leadership development programs that support employee growth and succession planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational change, restructuring, culture initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Champion employee wellness and workplace safety programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence across all HR functions.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the organization by building relationships with employees and understanding their needs and motivations.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and technology enhancements to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR credential required.
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience supporting a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success leading employee investigations, resolving complex workplace issues, and partnering with executive leadership.
- Experience developing talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics and workforce data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
