Description
We are seeking a people-centric HR Business Partner/Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a business partner, leading employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or conflicts, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with legal requirements and company values.
- Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes and compensation data.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve programs, and drive decisions.
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on other HR Partners around workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
- Participate in internal HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR team around internal employee communications.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven HRBP experience including handling complex employee relations matters
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
