Our client, a respected and long-standing manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in Boxborough, MA. This position plays a key role in ensuring employees receive exceptional support through best-in-class benefits, leaves, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
- 
Administer all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related inquiries, offering clear guidance and support.
 - 
Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts leave laws and company policy.
 - 
Partner with the third-party administrator and benefits broker to oversee a private PMFLA plan and ensure smooth processes.
 - 
Maintain benefit and leave data in HR systems; collaborate with HRIS to ensure accuracy, file feeds, and reporting.
 - 
Lead open enrollment activities, employee communications, and benefits education sessions.
 - 
Coordinate annual benefits renewals, compliance notices, and vendor relationships.
 - 
Support the rollout of wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives related to benefits and work-life balance.
 - 
Provide a compassionate, solutions-oriented employee experience by assisting employees with benefit questions and helping them navigate available resources.
 
Qualifications
Required:
- 
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on benefits and leave administration (Massachusetts experience preferred).
 - 
Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems and technology.
 - 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high-touch, employee-focused approach.
 - 
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
 
Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish)
 - 
Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS
 - 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
