Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives and long-term growth plans.

This executive leadership role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, global HR systems, organizational development, change management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, succession planning, and employee relations.

The VP of HR will ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are legally compliant while driving strategic talent initiatives and fostering a strong, high-performing company culture across a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth
  • Lead talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning efforts
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and global HR systems
  • Drive organizational design, leadership development, and employee development initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion programs
  • Lead change management efforts across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Strengthen and sustain a positive company culture across global operations

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience
  • Experience leading HR for organizations with 1,500+ employees
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least five direct reports
  • Recent global manufacturing experience
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Demonstrated change management expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
