About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our growing manufacturing operations. This role will be a key partner to leadership and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while managing essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will be people-focused, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR best practices, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.

Administer benefits programs, providing guidance and support to employees on available options.

Assist with performance review processes, tracking progress and supporting managers.

Partner with leadership to identify and implement employee training and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including record-keeping and policy development.

Address employee relations matters fairly and consistently in alignment with legal requirements and company guidelines.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, including benefits, payroll data, and other HR-related information.

Stay informed on current HR trends and best practices.

Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
