Overview

Our client is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration and development of employee benefits programs across U.S. and global teams. This role will play a key part in benefits projects, vendor management, employee communications, and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment while ensuring employees receive clear guidance and support regarding benefits programs.

Work Schedule

This position follows a 9/80 schedule:

  • Week 1: 9 hours Monday–Thursday, 8 hours Friday

  • Week 2: 9 hours Monday–Thursday, Friday off

Key Responsibilities

  • Support U.S. and global benefits initiatives, including open enrollment, program rollouts, benefits harmonization, and integrations related to mergers or organizational changes.

  • Assist with annual open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and system coordination.

  • Serve as a resource for employees and internal stakeholders on benefits-related questions and issues.

  • Develop and distribute benefits communications to ensure employees understand available programs, changes, and enrollment processes.

  • Manage relationships with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to support program delivery and employee experience.

  • Coordinate annual renewals, vendor reviews, and performance assessments to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.

  • Prepare and submit required benefits reports and regulatory filings to governmental agencies across applicable jurisdictions.

  • Assist with data analysis and reporting related to benefits programs and utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration or benefits-related projects preferred.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global benefits programs or international teams.

  • Multilingual capabilities or international work experience.
