Earlier this month, King & Bishop’s Jeffrey Holbrook attended HRLF Ignite 2026, hosted by the Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF).
Now in its second year, HRLF Ignite brought together senior HR executives, business leaders, and industry innovators from across New England and beyond for two days of thought-provoking discussions, meaningful connections, and fresh perspectives on the future of work.
Centered around three key themes, People, Purpose, and Performance, this year’s conference explored the evolving role of HR leadership, organizational culture, emerging technology, talent development, and the importance of people-first leadership in driving business success.
One of the conference’s highlights was the opening session, “Building Championship Teams,” featuring HR and People & Culture leaders representing some of Boston’s most recognized professional sports organizations. The discussion explored what it takes to build high-performing teams, foster resilient cultures, develop talent, and sustain excellence in demanding environments.
Throughout the conference, attendees had opportunities to exchange ideas, learn from experienced leaders, and engage in conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s organizations.
We were pleased to have Jeff represent King & Bishop at such an important gathering of HR professionals.
Thank you to the Human Resource Leadership Forum, speakers, sponsors, and organizers for bringing together an exceptional community of leaders and creating a space for collaboration, learning, and connection.
