Description
This role is responsible for supporting FP&A initiatives, preparing corporate financial presentations, and providing divisional financial support as directed. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly corporate financial reporting packages.
- Analyze consolidated financial data and develop materials for executive and Board-level reporting.
- Implement or support improvements, corrections, or new programs related to financial operations and reporting.
- Support FP&A processes, including:
- Business planning and forecasting
- Budget vs. actual analysis
- Profitability and variance analysis
- Operational and performance reviews
- Capital appropriation requests and related financial documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education & Experience

- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline required
- Proven experience applying forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and produce actionable insights
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Ability to work independently while ensuring accurate and timely results
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong overall systems and Office suite skills
