Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across a global organization. This role will focus on market benchmarking, compensation analytics, program design, and executive compensation support.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with compensation data across multiple regions while collaborating with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive and compliant compensation programs.

Work Schedule

This position follows a 9/80 schedule:

  • Week 1: 9 hours Monday–Thursday, 8 hours Friday

  • Week 2: 9 hours Monday–Thursday, Friday off

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking across multiple regions to ensure competitive pay structures aligned with industry standards.

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze internal and external compensation data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of compensation systems and databases.

  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans, bonuses, equity programs, and expatriate packages.

  • Assist with job evaluation and job architecture frameworks, including job classification and leveling structures.

  • Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to support annual compensation planning cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive allocations.

  • Ensure compensation practices remain compliant with regional laws, pay transparency requirements, and pay equity regulations.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation decisions and executive leadership reporting.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to address compensation-related inquiries and support talent strategies.

  • Assist in the management of executive compensation programs, including salary, incentive plans, and equity awards.

  • Support Board of Directors and Compensation Committee materials and reporting as needed.

  • Monitor compensation trends and emerging practices to recommend program improvements and enhance compensation strategies.

  • Develop communications and training materials to help HR teams and business leaders understand compensation policies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably within global or multinational organizations.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to analyze large datasets and produce meaningful insights.

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, compensation management systems, or data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive compensation data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) highly desirable.

  • Experience supporting global compensation programs across regions such as Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Experience within a defense contractor or regulated industry environment is a strong advantage.
