- Calendar & schedule management – meetings, travel, priorities
- Communication – screening emails/calls, drafting correspondence
- Meeting coordination – agendas, materials, notes, follow-ups
- Travel arrangements – flights, hotels, itineraries
- Confidential support – handling sensitive information
- Project assistance – tracking tasks, deadlines, deliverables
- Stakeholder interaction – clients, board members, leadership teams
