Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Recruiter to join our client on a temporary basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting our temporary workforce by managing administrative processes, verifying weekly hours, coordinating with staffing agencies, and conducting initial candidate screenings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable with fast-paced hiring needs, and skilled at building strong relationships with agency partners.
Key Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process for 6–10 new hires per week.

Verify and process temporary workforce hours on a weekly basis.

Conduct quick phone screens and initial candidate interviews.

Collaborate with staffing agency partners to ensure candidates are prepared and compliant before starting.

Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, and workforce tracking.

Provide an excellent candidate and agency experience through clear communication and follow-up.
Qualifications

Prior recruiting or HR support experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Experience working with staffing agencies a plus.
Position Details

Hybrid role: On-site in Worcester, MA, 1–2 days per week (more during training).

Hours: Starting at 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 30–40 hours/week later in the assignment.

Duration: 3–6+ months (potential for extension).
