Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their growing team. This position will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Software/Technology and Engineering positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and driven by providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.

Develop and post engaging, accurate job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.

Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and candidate engagement.

Proven success recruiting in the Software/Technology and Engineering sectors.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.

Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events.
