Recruiter

About the Role:
Our Greater Boston area client is seeking a seasoned, resourceful Recruiter to support high-volume hiring on a contract basis.  The organization is growing and requires a recruiter who can creatively source candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large requisition load.
• Creatively sources candidates using HRIS and other platforms (job boards, career fairs, etc.)
• Develop creative sourcing strategies aligned with budget
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate pipelines
• Partner closely with the TA Specialist and hiring managers to meet staffing goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proficiency with ADP is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in sourcing strategies
