About the Role:
Our Greater Boston area client is seeking a seasoned, resourceful Recruiter to support high-volume hiring on a contract basis. The organization is growing and requires a recruiter who can creatively source candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large requisition load.
- Creatively sources candidates using HRIS and other platforms (job boards, career fairs, etc.)
- Develop creative sourcing strategies aligned with budget
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with the TA Specialist and hiring managers to meet staffing goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency with ADP is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in sourcing strategies
