We are seeking a resourceful and driven Recruiter to join our client and support hiring for direct care positions. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can creatively source talent on a limited budget. You will play a critical role in attracting and hiring qualified candidates who will help advance our organization’s meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct care roles, including intake meetings, creative sourcing, candidate screening, and offer management.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Use ADP Workforce Now to manage candidate records and track recruitment progress.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using Excel.

Leverage innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, particularly within budget constraints.

Adapt and pivot strategies quickly to meet changing hiring needs.
Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, including creative sourcing on a limited budget.

Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Nonprofit industry experience.
