We are conducting a confidential search for a dedicated Real Estate Closing Attorney to manage all aspects of residential closings. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all contract issues, reviewing typical closing adjustments, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines associated with closing.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all residential closings, including the actual closing process.
- Handling all contract issues and reviewing typical closing adjustments.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines associated with closing.
- Ensuring loan packages are promptly and accurately returned to the financial institution.
- Interacting with clients and enhancing business opportunities.
- Building connections with local real estate agents and expanding client contact.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience at a small law firm
- JD, active CT bar license
- High-volume residential closing experience
