Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified attorney on behalf of our client for an opportunity focused on employment-related legal matters.

This position is ideal for an attorney with a litigation background, strong analytical abilities, and an interest in employment law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a variety of legal matters, develop litigation strategies, and provide guidance on employment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and prepare written legal documents.

• Manage discovery, prepare motions, and participate in legal proceedings.

• Develop case strategies and assist with dispute resolution.

• Provide legal analysis and guidance on employment-related matters.

• Communicate effectively with relevant parties throughout the litigation process.

• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active admission to practice law in Oregon.

• Relevant litigation experience required.

• Employment law experience preferred.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience preparing legal documents and participating in litigation proceedings.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
