Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, configuring workflows, developing reports and dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to support HR initiatives through data and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the HRIS system, including modules related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.

Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS workflows and automations to streamline HR processes.

Develop, generate, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using platforms such as UKG/Ultipro, IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar tools.

Provide accurate and timely reporting and data analysis for internal stakeholders across departments.

Act as the primary contact for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Collaborate with HR, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to assess system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all HR systems and reporting outputs.

Identify areas for continuous improvement and recommend solutions that support organizational goals and enhance user experience.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience, supporting multiple modules.

Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as IBM Cognos and/or Power BI.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data analysis techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
