Description

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an HR Filing Assistant to support a short-term project focused on organizing and maintaining physical personnel files. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Additional HR-related tasks may be assigned based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • File physical HR documents into personnel folders with high accuracy.

  • Review paperwork to ensure proper categorization and completeness.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

  • Assist with additional HR or administrative projects as requested.

  • Follow established filing standards and project timelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Some prior HR experience (filing, onboarding paperwork, or general HR admin).

  • Reliable and fully available for on-site work Monday–Friday.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HR compliance standards.

  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
