Position Summary
Our client is seeking an HR Filing Assistant to support a short-term project focused on organizing and maintaining physical personnel files. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Additional HR-related tasks may be assigned based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities

File physical HR documents into personnel folders with high accuracy.

Review paperwork to ensure proper categorization and completeness.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Assist with additional HR or administrative projects as requested.

Follow established filing standards and project timelines.
Must-Have Qualifications

Some prior HR experience (filing, onboarding paperwork, or general HR admin).

Reliable and fully available for on-site work Monday–Friday.
