Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing manufacturing organization near Rochester, NH. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, supporting all aspects of employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and business-minded—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with employees and managers to foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.

Support day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, coaching, investigations, and workforce planning.

Collaborate with managers and centers of excellence (COEs) to implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Contribute to recruiting efforts through candidate screening, coordination, and interview support (no sourcing required).

Lead and support programs related to onboarding, offboarding, engagement, safety, and training.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while providing fair, consistent guidance.

Partner with leadership on organizational development, talent planning, and change management initiatives.

Stay current with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Assist with HR data preparation for compliance and reporting, including EEO and Affirmative Action requirements.

Work collaboratively on projects related to employee engagement, culture, and policy optimization.
Qualifications

4+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including employee relations, recruiting support, and generalist functions.

Experience within a manufacturing environment required.

Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
