Description
Our client, a Global Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Director of Finance to support a large region in the US. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact finance leadership role. This position leads financial operations across North America and Mexico and partners closely with commercial and operational leadership to drive performance, profitability, and strategic growth.
The Role:
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer
- Lead costing strategy (standard costing, new product costing, margin optimization)
- Own working capital performance and cost structure improvement
- Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the region
- Oversee close, reporting, audit, and financial controls
- Lead and develop a large finance team
- Support M&A activity and Oracle-driven system initiatives
Experience:
- Experience in complex, multi-site and global manufacturing environments
- Deep expertise in cost accounting and operational finance
- Strong business partner to operations and commercial teams
- Hands-on leader with the ability to bring structure and drive execution
- Oracle experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
