Our Richmond VA area industrial client is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to join their team! Proven ability to grow business and build pipelines will be key to this exciting role.
Qualifications:
• College degree and 3–7+ years B2B/outside sales experience
• Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue targets
• Strong prospecting and closing ability
• Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue models
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or service industries
• Demonstrated ability to generate and convert new business
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams
