What You'll Do
- Develop and execute event strategies tied to major sports, entertainment, and cultural moments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for league partners, agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, production, logistics, and onsite execution to ensure a seamless experience.
- Concept, plan, and execute consumer-facing events, product launches, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver experiences that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to authentically engage with sports, lifestyle, and cultural audiences.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Partnerships, and Digital teams to align activations with broader business objectives.
- Manage agency, production, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life through memorable live and experiential touchpoints.
- Own event budgets, timelines, production schedules, and vendor partnerships.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory management, shipping, and onsite operations.
- Maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, brand activations, sponsorships, or a related field.
- Proven success leading events and activations from concept through execution.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, production partners, and event budgets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and flawless execution.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
