ing & Bishop is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts during a temporary assignment. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging top talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and supporting the recruitment process from intake through offer stage.
Responsibilities

Source and identify top talent across multiple functional areas

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and hiring strategies

Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person

Evaluate candidates through resume review and interview feedback to determine fit

Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout the process

Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to schedule interviews and support workflow efficiency
Qualifications
-
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer support

Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Finance, HR, Accounting, and Engineering
-
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
-
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
