Litigation Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney on behalf of our client for an opportunity involving insurance-related legal matters.

This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong litigation background, excellent analytical abilities, and an interest in insurance law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a variety of legal matters, develop case strategies, and provide legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate legal matters and provide strategic recommendations.

• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation.

• Draft and review litigation materials.

• Participate in discovery, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

• Develop case strategies and support dispute resolution efforts.

• Analyze relevant legal issues and assist in developing effective solutions.

• Manage assigned matters and collaborate with legal professionals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active admission to the California Bar required.

• Relevant litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience preparing legal documents and participating in litigation proceedings.

• Insurance-related legal experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with legal teams.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
