Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney on behalf of our client for an opportunity involving complex civil litigation matters.

This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and experience handling a variety of legal disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage cases, develop legal strategies, and collaborate with experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Participate in discovery, case preparation, and litigation proceedings.

• Evaluate legal issues and develop effective case strategies.

• Assist with negotiations and dispute resolution.

• Manage assigned matters while maintaining effective communication with relevant parties.

• Collaborate with legal teams to support successful case management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar required.

• Relevant civil litigation experience, preferably involving insurance defense.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience preparing legal documents and managing litigation matters.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
