Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support a manufacturing site in Needham, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers to foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, handling a wide range of HR responsibilities with a focus on employee relations, coaching, and daily operational support.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers and employees to promote a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.

Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Support workforce planning and assist with recruitment efforts as needed.
 - 
Coach managers on best practices in leadership, performance feedback, and engagement strategies.
 - 
Administer onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
 - 
Participate in HR programs related to employee engagement, retention, and safety initiatives.
 - 
Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
 - 
Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure consistency in HR practices across the site.
 
Qualifications
- 
Minimum 3 years of HR Business Partner experience including employee relations and generalist support.
 - 
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry required.
 - 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
 - 
Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
 - 
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
 - 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
