Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting documentation processes, and ensuring overall HR administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, maintain, and organize employee personnel files in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
- Manage and archive HR documentation within SharePoint, ensuring files are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Assist with updating and formatting HR documents to align with company branding, including archiving outdated materials
- Conduct audits of employee records, files, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support general HR administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of human resources processes and documentation
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Receptive to feedback and able to implement changes constructively
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
