Description

Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting documentation processes, and ensuring overall HR administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, maintain, and organize employee personnel files in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
  • Manage and archive HR documentation within SharePoint, ensuring files are properly labeled and easily accessible
  • Assist with updating and formatting HR documents to align with company branding, including archiving outdated materials
  • Conduct audits of employee records, files, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of human resources processes and documentation
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Receptive to feedback and able to implement changes constructively
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Reliable, professional, and personable
