Our client, a leading, mission-driven organization, is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead enterprise-wide sourcing and purchasing strategy across a growing, multi-site portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and standardization across resident care, dining, operations, maintenance, and technology. The Director of Procurement partners closely with executive leadership to align procurement strategy with operational and financial goals—while supporting the unique needs of senior living communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy across corporate and community operations
- Drive cost savings while maintaining high quality and service standards
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and vendor relationships
- Implement systems, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and reporting
- Partner with Finance and Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term cost optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of procurement experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site environments preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
