Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support outreach and customer service efforts in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and staying organized while managing multiple tasks.
In this position, you will primarily utilize Excel spreadsheets to contact child care providers, gather information regarding program details and rates, and provide ongoing support through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track outreach and collect program and rate information from child care providers
- Conduct outbound calls to child care providers and respond to inbound inquiries
- Follow up on previous contacts and outstanding requests in a timely manner
- Respond to emails and provide technical assistance as needed
- Resolve support tickets and complete administrative tasks accurately
- Document all calls, inquiries, complaints, and communications thoroughly
- Maintain accurate records for audit and internal control purposes
- Route mail, email, and other administrative requests as assigned
- Learn and maintain knowledge of program rules and policies to effectively assist customers
- Develop strong working knowledge of internal systems and operating platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of call center experience preferred, or 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience with telephony systems preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
