About the Role:
The Associate Director will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting staff, and providing quality services to the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the Day Habilitation program.

Ensure compliance with all Day Hab and Rehab paperwork, regulations, and standards.

Provide leadership, support, and guidance to program staff.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality program delivery.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.

Serve as a reliable onsite leader to ensure program coverage and support.
Qualifications:

Required: Day Habilitation program experience.

Strong understanding of Day Hab and Rehab documentation and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-
Reliability and commitment to onsite program hours (8 AM – 4 PM, no remote work).
