Rory joins us as Director, Business Development, bringing over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry and a proven track record of aligning great candidates with great clients.
In his most recent role as Director of Sales at The Hollister Group, Rory led sales and account management efforts for their professional staffing team, driving growth and building strong client partnerships. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Account Executive at Beacon Financial, specializing in contract Accounting & Finance placements.
Throughout his career, Rory has successfully supported organizations across Accounting, Finance, HR, and Administrative functions—ranging from large-scale project staffing to individual contract and permanent placements. His ability to understand both client needs and candidate strengths makes him a valuable addition to our team and our clients.
Rory holds a degree in Finance from the University of Maine and brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to business development.
Outside of work, you can find Rory on the golf course, staying active, or spending time with his two dogs, Eddie and Goose—especially on long hikes. Most importantly, he enjoys being a dad.
