Mike has a B.A. in Business Admin and is a member of SHRN, NEHRA, and SHRN. Most recently, Mike served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Barrett Distribution, where he led enterprise-wide HR transitions in performance review and goal setting processes and built scalable talent strategies. With over 20 years of leadership experience across public, private, and PE-backed organizations, Mike has driven large-scale change initiatives, organizational restructuring, and talent programs that enable growth and operational excellence — for example, restructuring global HR functions at MetraTech Corp and leading cultural revitalization at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management.
When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and granddaughter, playing golf, and doing most anything outdoors.
