Open to local/NH area candidates or candidates willing to relocate to the area.
Requires 3-5 days per week on-site in the Nashua, NH area
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience leading HR for over 1,500 employees
Experience managing a team of at least 5 reports
Recent global manufacturing experience
Excellent business sense and strong executive presence
Change management experience
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
Summary of Position Responsibility:
This position will develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, global HR systems, change management, organizational management, leadership development, policy management and administration, benefits and compensation administration, diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, succession planning, and resolution of employee matters. This position is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals and driving the company culture.
Requires ability to travel domestically and internationally
