Overview
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of hourly manufacturing roles. This temporary position will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for positions such as production associates, forklift operators, and other manufacturing staff.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment and is comfortable managing multiple open roles while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions including production associates, forklift operators, and related roles.

Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent talent pipeline.

Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage multiple active requisitions (typically 5–10 open roles per week) while ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.

Collaborate with the HR Manager and internal team to support overall hiring goals.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing or production roles.

Experience recruiting for positions such as production line workers, forklift operators, or warehouse/manufacturing staff.

Strong sourcing skills using Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Must be able to reliably work on-site in Irwindale, CA.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the HR Manager.
