Description
King & Bishop is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established seasonal organization based in West Bridgewater, MA. This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to support high-volume seasonal onboarding and payroll operations.
The organization is preparing to re-onboard 200–300 returning seasonal employees, in addition to supporting ongoing payroll-related activities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume seasonal employee re-onboarding (200–300 returning employees)

Process onboarding documentation through ADP Workforce Now

Ensure accuracy and compliance with all employment documentation and payroll setup

Support payroll administration and data entry as needed

Maintain employee records and update information in HRIS

Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions

Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding workflows
Qualifications

Experience using ADP Workforce Now (required)

Prior onboarding experience, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal environment

Payroll support or payroll processing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work on-site in West Bridgewater 5 days per week

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
