About Brianne
Brianne Rodrigues leads marketing and brand strategy across the King & Bishop family of companies. This includes Finish Line Staffing Services, Biomedical Search, and the People Vantage divisions for HR, Legal, and Sales. She builds clear, consistent messaging and data-driven campaigns that help clients hire faster and help candidates find roles where they can grow.
Marketing and Recruiting Expertise
Brianne’s work spans content strategy, newsletters, SEO, and CRM-powered outreach. She manages well-known programs such as Your Move and The Final Stretch and keeps every message aligned with a unified brand voice. Her focus is to connect people, process, and purpose.
In addition, Brianne continues to support select recruiting projects. This hands-on experience keeps her marketing grounded in real hiring needs. It also helps her design campaigns that reflect King & Bishop’s values of precision, speed, and the right fit for every client and candidate.
Administrative Foundation
Before moving into marketing and recruiting, Brianne spent more than ten years in administrative and operations roles. That experience built her foundation in organization, communication, and problem-solving. It also taught her to manage complex workflows, anticipate needs, and stay calm under pressure. Because of that background, she now creates efficient marketing systems, coordinates multi-division projects, and ensures every brand touchpoint runs smoothly.
Education and Certifications
Brianne holds an A.S. in Office Management and Administration from Bristol Community College and is currently completing advanced marketing studies through Bristol’s MAR program. She is ASA Corporate Recruiting Professional certified and also holds credentials in Google Project Management, HarvardX Exercising Leadership, IBM Data Visualization and Dashboards, and Canva Graphic Design Essentials.
Beyond the Office
Based in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Brianne and her husband share their home with three dogs: Bailey, Sage, and Donnie. She enjoys good coffee, cozy books, and creative projects that help people and brands feel more authentic and connected.
