Our client, a global consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (TTAP) who can attract and recruit for  a variety of vacancies across a wide range of STEM disciplines. The TTAP is an integral part of the Global People Team and worksthe UK Talent Acquisition team to ensure that our client is engaging with the best possible talent, using current and creative attraction methods.


Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and hiring:

  • Direct sourcing of talented candidates for a range of roles including software, electronics, physics, math, science and design vacancies
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source suitably qualified candidates (both passive and active)
  • Make first contact with candidates and provide inspiring information about the company and positions
  • Partner with managers and leadership to learn their business, understand hiring need(s), and design and execute innovative strategies to engage and attract talent.
  • Liaise with line managers and produce detailed job specifications for each vacancy
  • Review and shortlisting of CVs
  • Conduct initial screening and face to face interviews as part of the hiring team
  • Provide guidance and advice on best practice to hiring managers in relation to recruitment queries and OFCCP compliance
  • Ensure decisions on every applicant are followed through, focusing on positive candidate experience
  • Contribute towards creative recruitment campaigns, posting adverts as needed


  • A history of building strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering outstanding results while providing an excellent hiring manager & candidate experience
  • A track record of successful full life cycle recruitment ideally within any of the following sectors: Science, technology, engineering, and / or commercial
  • Demonstrable and successful experience of recruiting / sourcing at all experience levels
  • Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing/ headhunting
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • A strong team player, willing to turn your hand to a range of recruitment activities
  • Strong engagement and communication (oral & written) abilities with an emphasis on negotiation and influencing
  • Ability to use proactive and creative sourcing techniques to build pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment-related legislation including Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately manage data and information and to build and maintain strong business relationships with candidates, internal HR colleagues, hiring managers and external agencies
  • Understanding of the role of diversity in building a strong, adaptable and highly functioning workforce
