Description

Our client, a service-focused industry leader, is seeking a motivated Talent Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree and a collaborative approach. The Talent Coordinator will support the recruiting process by assisting with phone screening, setting up interviews, and moving candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process, from candidate application to phone screening to interviewing and offer letters
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel for candidates
  • Learn and take ownership of managing candidates and entering data into an
    Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS system
  • Manage background check and drug screen process for candidates
  • Draft and send offer letters
  • Coordinate and support college recruitment, including attending events as
    needed
  • Assist with other HR and Recruitment projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
  • Strong systems and technical knowledge with the ability to use an Applicant
    Tracking System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and thrive in a fast-
    paced environment
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling needs
